Open threads

Clients remember the sentence you said you would come back to. Your brain, meanwhile, is carrying twenty-seven other tabs. Your Assistant finds the unfinished threads from the last session before one disappears from the radar.

What did we leave unfinished last session? Pull out topics we ran out of time on, questions I said we would return to, homework or follow-up I agreed to check, and anything the client explicitly asked not to lose track of.

Can do

This job only reads. It changes nothing.

It looks for loose ends

Topics cut short, promised follow-ups, unfinished exercises, homework, and anything explicitly parked for later.

It puts the important ones first

See which threads are most clinically relevant instead of getting a transcript-shaped dump.

You walk back in remembering

Your most popular FAQs

What counts as an open thread?

Topics cut short, follow-ups you promised, unfinished exercises, homework you assigned, and anything explicitly parked for later. The job scans the last session for these and lists them before they disappear from your radar.

How does it decide what to put first?

It ranks the threads by clinical relevance, so the item the client is most likely to expect you to return to sits at the top, rather than handing you a transcript-shaped dump.

Does it read only the last session?

By default it looks at the most recent session with the client. Ask it to look further back if you want threads that have been open for several sessions.

How do I use the list before a session?

Read it alongside your session prep and pick the one or two threads you intend to return to; the rest can wait. It is a menu, not a to-do list.
