How does Quick booking work?
Tell the Assistant who and roughly when, for example next Tuesday afternoon for Sam, and it finds the opening in your Upheal calendar and proposes the booking for you to confirm.
Does the client get notified?
After you confirm, the booking follows your usual Upheal scheduling and reminder settings. Nothing is sent from a proposal.
What if there is no opening?
It tells you and suggests the nearest alternatives so you can pick one or offer them to the client.
Does it move other clients to make room?
No. It finds an opening; it never reshuffles someone else's session to create one. If you want to make room, that is a Reschedule request, and it is proposed to you the same way.
