Denial appeal
A draft appeal written in the payer's language.
You have seven minutes, a coffee going cold, and a vague memory that something happened between sessions. Your Assistant pulls together what changed since you last met so you can walk in caught up instead of clicking around.

Before I see this client again, tell me what has changed since our last session. Check new portal messages, completed forms or measures, and anything added to the chart, then flag only what could affect today's session.

New portal messages, completed forms, measures, and chart updates since the last session , gathered in one place.
See what changed, what may need follow-up, and anything time-sensitive before you start.
A short update you can scan before session, with the chart still there when you want the details.
Everything that entered the client's chart since your last session: new portal messages, completed forms and measures, and updates to notes or the treatment plan. It then flags only what could affect today's session, so you get a short catch-up rather than a full audit trail.
It only reads. Since last time summarizes what changed and points to anything time-sensitive, but it does not edit notes, send messages or update the plan. If something needs action, you decide what to do with it.
Opening the chart shows you everything. Since last time shows you what is new and what matters, in the order you would want it: messages first, then incomplete measures, then chart changes, with a line on what is worth addressing today. It saves the clicking around, not the clinical judgment.
It says so in one line. A clean nothing-new-since-last-time is useful information too: it means you can walk in with the plan you already had.
