You can find your unique referral link in your Upheal account, under Settings > Referral program
That’s fine! Anyone who signs up through your referral link can start on our Free tier. Whenever they decide to upgrade to a paid plan, they’ll get your referral discount automatically, and you’ll receive $300 credit.
We’ll email you a link on a monthly basis to claim your earnings. We offer virtual Visa cards and a variety of gift cards.
As long as a new user signs up through your link, the referral discount is automatically applied when they decide to purchase a paid plan.

We're so grateful to have you sharing Upheal alongside us, we just want to make sure that our community benefits fairly from this program. Thank you for understanding, and please be aware of these limitations:
1. Once you've received your first $300 in rewards, we may delay your next payout temporarily to ensure that the users you refer continue with their subscriptions beyond their first or second month. This verification process helps maintain the integrity of our program.
2. If we detect suspicious activity, we'll postpone issuing even the first reward until we can confirm that the referral case is legitimate. In the case of fraud, we won't issue any referral bonus. Suspicious and fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to:
a. Subscribing and then cancelling paid accounts
b. Using the same credit card for multiple accounts
c. Using alias email addresses
3. The program does not apply to:
- Colleagues within your practice or organization
- Additional accounts created by the same user
- Group practices with more than 5 clinicians
We're no longer using referral codes — the referral program only applies when a new user signs up through your link. If you're not sure if a user used your link or not, you can reach out to Upheal support to find out. Even if someone clicks on your referral link once but signs up through the Upheal website on the same device within 60 days, there's a chance that the referral will still apply.
