About the role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead and scale our entire marketing function. This includes everything from brand and product positioning to growth-focused digital campaigns, content strategy, and data-driven performance marketing. This is a fast-paced, high-impact leadership role—perfect for someone who thrives on measurable growth, loves to experiment and iterate quickly, and can closely align with sales and product teams to drive results across the funnel.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth marketing strategy: Design, implement, and optimize full-funnel acquisition strategies tailored to SMB and B2B segments.
- Lead and grow the marketing team: Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
- Drive GTM execution: Build and manage go-to-market (GTM) flows for new features, partnerships, and product rollouts.
- Execute and oversee SEO/Content strategies: Build a scalable inbound engine using SEO, content marketing, and thought leadership.
- Test, learn, repeat: Design and lead rapid growth experiments—develop hypotheses, implement quickly, and double down on what works.
- Own the marketing tech stack: Select and connect tools and APIs to support campaigns, tracking, automation, and analytics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align on customer insights, messaging, and performance goals.
- Balance creativity & strategy: Use data to drive decisions while bringing fresh, creative approaches to messaging, campaigns, and brand.
About you
- 8+ years in marketing, with a proven track record in growth marketing within B2B/SaaS or SMB-focused startups.
- Leadership experience: You’ve led and grown marketing teams (2+ direct reports minimum).
- Mastery of growth experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and demand generation.
- Solid grasp of GTM strategy, from ideation to execution.
- Comfortable working with APIs and marketing technology.
- Strong background in SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller who can articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- Self-starter with ambition, creativity, and strategic thinking—able to move fast and pivot when needed.
- Passionate about mental health and AI.
