Leila Anderson, LMFT-S

Leila Anderson, LMFT-S, is Senior Clinical AI Product Manager at Upheal, where she shapes the clinician-facing tools behind documentation, transcription, and billing. She brings nearly a decade of clinical and executive experience to that work, spanning psychiatric hospitals, jails, private practice, and residential treatment. She still sees clients through her own practice, Arc Psychotherapy, where she works with trauma and perfectionism, and supervises associate therapists. She serves on the board of the Texas Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She’s based in Austin, Texas.
