Billing in the Client Portal

View outstanding balance, view and pay invoices, view and generate statements, and view superbills in the Client Portal

You can see and pay invoices, check your outstanding balance, generate statements, and see superbills in the Client Portal.

Invoices

Your outstanding balance is displayed in the Billing tab of the Client Portal.

Your invoices are also listed in the Billing tab, and you can download, preview, or pay them.

To pay invoices in the Client Portal using the mobile app:

  1. Select the Billing tab in the bottom right.

  2. Select the Invoices tab at the top left. Your invoices are listed here, and you can choose to filter by Unpaid or Paid invoices.

  3. Select the three dot icon on the invoice.

  4. Select Pay.

To pay invoices in the Client Portal on desktop:

  1. Select Billing in the left menu.

  2. Your invoices are listed here. Click Pay on the invoice you want to pay.

Statements

To generate a statement in the Client Portal using the mobile app:

  1. Select the Billing tab in the bottom right.

  2. Select the Statements tab at the top.

  3. Select New statement.

  4. Select the date range for your statement.
    You can choose all time, this month, last month, this year, or a custom range.

  5. Click Generate.

To generate a statement in the Client Portal on desktop:

  1. Select Billing in the left menu.

  2. Select the Statements tab.

  3. Click New statement.

  4. Select the date range for your statement.
    You can choose all time, this month, last month, this year, or a custom range.

  5. Click Generate.
