Scheduling guest clients

You can schedule a session for a guest client without creating a client profile.

To schedule a session for a guest client:

  1. In the left menu, click Calendar.

  2. In the top right, click New event.

  3. Select the Other tab near the top.

  4. Optionally, add a title by clicking Add title at the top and typing your desired title. This title will appear in the invite email to your guest client.

  5. Fill in the guest's name and email address.

  6. Select the service, date, and time, and choose from virtual, in-person, or phone call.

  7. Click Schedule.

Your guest will receive a brief email that the session has been scheduled and notifying them of the date and time.
