Once you delete a note or session, it's not recoverable. This is an important privacy and security measure, but we apologize for any inconvenience it causes.
There is one exception: If a session or transcript was deleted because of your automatic deletion settings (find this in Settings > Practice settings > Automatic deletion), we provide a four-day grace period in which you can contact us ASAP to recover the note. This is a safeguard in case you had this setting turned on by accident or unintentionally. If you delete a session or note any other way, it is deleted immediately and permanently.
