Where can I find my session transcript?
On a session's page, click the transcript tab on the left side:
Why doesn't my session have a transcript?
There are a few reasons your session might not have a transcript:
There wasn't enough audio to generate a transcript: If your session audio was too short, quiet, or unclear, Upheal can't provide a transcript. In this case, you'll see a message in your session explaining this.
AI notes were turned off in Upheal telehealth: If you're using Upheal telehealth on our Free plan, or with AI notes turned off, then Upheal isn't capturing audio and won't generate a transcript.
You've used Write or dictate to get notes: If you generate a note based off a summary you've written or dictated, then Upheal had no original audio from which to generate a transcript.
The transcript was deleted: If you delete the transcript manually or via automatic deletion settings, it won't appear on the session page.
The transcript tab is hidden due to screen size: If your browser window is too narrow or zoomed in, you'll need to scroll down past your note to see the transcript tab. You can widen your browser window, or press
cmd -on Mac orctrl -on Windows to zoom out.Technical issue: If none of the above apply, there might have been a technical issue processing your session.
