Client Portal

Let clients view sessions, complete forms, and book appointments on their own

The Client Portal is a secure space where your clients can access everything related to their care, such as past sessions, shared summaries, upcoming appointments, forms, and self-scheduling (if allowed). Once a client has access, they can find what they need without having to email you or track down paperwork. The portal also does not require the client to create a login. All they need to do is click the link!

What your clients can see in the portal

The portal brings together the key parts of the client’s experience in one place. Here’s what they’ll find when they click their invite link:

  • Past sessions: Clients can see a list of all their previous sessions.

  • Session summaries: When you share a session summary, it appears in their portal so they can refer back to it anytime.

  • Upcoming appointments: Clients can see what’s scheduled, join the session directly from the portal, and, if you’ve allowed it, cancel or reschedule on their own.

  • Self-scheduling: If you’ve turned on self-scheduling for a service, clients can book a session themselves at a time that works for them.

  • Forms: Any forms you send are available directly in the portal, so clients can fill them out in one place instead of searching through their inbox.

How do I give my client access to the portal?

Clients receive a link to their portal automatically when you send them a form, a session confirmation email, or a shared client summary. If you have an existing client who hasn't received any of these recently, you can send them a direct invite.

To send a link inviting your client to the Client Portal:

  1. Click Clients in the left menu.

  2. Click on the client you wish to send the link to.

  3. On the right side of the screen, under Client details, scroll down to the bottom.

  4. Click Share link under Client Portal.

  5. When prompted, click Share link.

An email has been sent to your client inviting them to the portal. All they have to do is click the link; clients are not required to create a username and password to access the portal.
