If the are any topics during a session that you don't want Upheal to capture in your notes or insights, you can pause Upheal's AI during your session.
Anything said during a pause won’t be reflected in your transcript or notes, or in the audio recording if you choose to keep it.
During an Upheal telehealth call, click AI notes are ON in the top left corner.
Click Pause.
Now, you'll see AI notes are OFF instead of ON. Anything said during this pause won't be captured in your notes or transcript.
Feel free to close the recording panel.
When you're ready to take notes again, click AI notes are OFF to reopen the recording panel, and click Resume.
Anything said once you resume AI notes will be captured in your transcript, notes, and insights.
